Healthcare Professional - call center - CEBU (Central Visayas - Cebu City) Responsibilities: * College degree holder (preferably medical-related course) * Experience or knowledge of Health Maintenance Organizations * Strong Customer Service skills * Excellent English Communication skills * Problem Solving and Analytical skills * Willing to work shifts, weekends, nights and Holidays. * Willing to undergo one to two weeks of training in ExcelAsia. * Interview schedule: * MON-FRI 9am to 11am CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. * BRING TWO COPIES OF YOUR RESUME. Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Dentistry, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Medicine, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, Others or equivalent. * Required skill(s): HMO knowledge, Medical Course Graduate, Customer Service Oriented. * Preferred skill(s): Problem Solving, Analytical skills, Good Listening skills. * Required language(s): English. * Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City. * Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. * Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. * 50 Full-Time positions available.
